Now in Boards

A little clarity. A plan you can act on.

Ask for the next step, a weekly plan, or a fresh look at what is stuck. AI works with your board's active cards, lists and members to propose something useful.

Say what needs to happen.Create tasks, break work into checklists, suggest owners and dates, or move cards — then review the proposal.
Catch up without catching everyone.Ask for a progress summary and next steps before your next check-in.
See what is holding things up.Flag possible delivery risks, add explicit dependencies, and spot blocked, overdue and unassigned work.

Don't lose the plan in the conversation.

When a discussion turns into something to do, bring the next steps into a board. You choose the messages; AI helps extract concrete tasks and avoid duplicates.

  1. Select the messages

In Chat, select the relevant text and choose Plan in Board.

  2. Choose where the work belongs

Pick a board you can edit. Only the selected excerpt is used, with sensitive details sanitized before AI processing.

  3. Review. Then make it real.

Check the proposed tasks and choose the changes to apply before sharing them with board members.

Your call

Helpful AI. Your decision.

Board analysis asks before it sends anything.Board analysis asks for consent before sending context to the configured AI provider, and chat extraction requires AI permission for that conversation. AI does not monitor your chats, send messages, or change board membership. Suggestions can be mistaken — you review every change, and the board's editing permissions still apply.

A place for every detail.

Cards, lists, labels, due dates and checklists keep the whole plan easy to follow.

Know who's doing what.

Assign owners and leave comments so everyone can find the next step and the context behind it.

See how far you've come.

Move work through your lists, celebrate what is done, and make space for the next idea.
