01What does Livara build?
Livara presents two products—Livara Chat and Dr. Livara—and offers product strategy, interface design and engineering for selected software projects.
02Is Livara Chat end-to-end encrypted?
Partly, and the parts matter. Direct messages and compatible private groups are end-to-end encrypted on the device — direct content with the LVR1 hybrid ratchet that mixes ML-KEM-768 with P-256, private-group content with LGS1 sender keys. Channels are not: that content stays readable by the server and is labelled that way. Calls use DTLS-SRTP media with sealed signalling, which is not post-quantum. Routing, membership, timestamps and delivery metadata remain server-visible.
03Is Dr. Livara a doctor or diagnostic system?
No. It is a healthcare operations platform in research and development. It does not replace a clinician, diagnosis or clinical judgment.
04Can Dr. Livara be used with real patient data?
Not on the public project host. No approved public healthcare environment, certification, clinical validation or production terms are claimed.
05Have the products passed an independent security audit?
No independent product security audit or certification is claimed on this site.
06Can Livara work with an existing team?
Yes. A focused product track, architecture boundary or difficult workflow can be owned alongside an existing engineering or product organization.
07What should I include in an enquiry?
Describe the current workflow, who it affects, the constraint that keeps recurring and what outcome would make the work useful. Do not include patient or confidential medical information.
